Looking for Help for a shot in my comic

I am currently working on a coh related comic using screen shots for the art. I've done several so far. You can see those here:

I am currently teaming up with another cox comic maker, known as Sparky or the Spectacular Sparky. You can find his at cohcomics.com

This team up comic is almost complete save for a few shots. One of these shots will need to be photo edited. I'll post the base shot here:

Anyways. Here are the things needed for this shot listed below.

"I need the background removed and then a bullet hole (exit hole) out of his forehead with blood shooting out. The background needs to just be replaced by just a shade of a red color that's lighter than the blood."

I very much want a gruesome shot. Its definitely a "holy crap!" moment in the comic.

Is anyone here able to do this? Please let me know. I can share with you the comic done so far if you are interested in helping both Sparky and myself out on this. It would be greatly appreciated.

Unsure about the rules on blood and gore here so I sent a link with a suggestion by PM. Good luck on the comic, looking forward to seeing it.

An exit wound and bullet hole seem to be two different things to me. I'm a terrible, terrible artist, but here are a couple rough takes on each:

Thank you. lol yeah its more of an exit hole that I am looking for rather than the bullet wound.

I have a few different renditions for this and going over it with Sparky.
