Procs & Logs: Can I see what my Proc is doing over history?

"Special Mention: the Performance Shifter +Endurance IO: this IO is a non-unique IO. Though it is not unique and thus you could install more then one of them, installing this IO into attack powers at this time means that the when the IO triggers successfully your attack WILL bestow Stamina to your foe and not to your character. So where do you put this IO where it will benefit your character? That’s Easy: this IO gets installed into STAMINA."

Urk. Thanks for the link. I had understood that not to be the case but ok. Guess I'll have to get that one gone.

Special IOs have two flags depending on who the effect will be cast on: target and caster. Caster will ALWAYS give the effect to the caster, no matter what power it's slotted in (for instance, KB protection IOs); target will give the effect to whatever the target is. Beneficial effects can be given to enemies; harmful effects can be given to self/teammates (in theory; currently there are no harmful special IOs that can be slotted in self- or ally-affecting powers, that I know of).

Never mind, swapped now for an Obliteration, Chance for Smashing proc instead

So then, I assuming they fixed Energy Manipulator: Chance to Stun when slotted in Speed Boost? That's the only one I could think of, and it's been a while since that one came up.
(Was being used by a guy at the top of the ski slopes one year.)
But the original question is still good. I can't reasonably check in a running battle how well a power is working. Is there any way to check via logs or some other way to scrutinise your combat history?
Thelonious Monk
After combat, scroll back through General Combat, Error, etc. All of them.
Theft of Essence: Chance for +End was showing up in the Healing Delivered/Healing Recieved channels.
Did some checking and if you enable chat logs it looks like combat is included in that.
Thelonious Monk
Maybe. I never mess with chat logging.
Just editting the tabs on the chat box and adding/removing the various "channels" from the various tabs.
I've got Lightning Field on Scarlet, and I've currently slotted it twice: Energy Manipulator; Chance to Stun, and Performance Shifter; Chance for +Endurance.
I can tell that the Stun is working because occasionally the target cycles through the animation, but I can't see if the Perf Shifter's working. I've checked combat chat but can't see anything happening there. I wanted to go through logs. Is that possible?
