Old dwarf Mire was identicle to the sunless mire in human form I "believe" it currently has around a 10-15 second base recharge, but only a 10 second duration.

So those recharge slots are pointless, given how fast the current recharge is. Guess I'll move them elsewhere or slot them differently.

I wouldnt say worthless, being able to double mire gives Dwarf form a viable form of aoe damage. Perhaps 2 recharges and a couple of damage with an Accuracy might be a good plan.

20 second base recharge, 10 second duration.
If you want any practical AoE damage in dwarf form then those recharges are pretty important, unless you have lots of global recharge bonuses.

Debt barely slows down levelling these days. It's just a little bar that measures how much Awesome you've generated recently. (If you're not getting debt, you're just not trying to generate Awesome hard enough.) -Kelenar
If you only have Black Dwarf Mire slotted for the double-Mire trick then yes they are wasted, on the other hand if you do actually fight in Black Dwarf form then Black Dwarf Mire becomes a very important (And wonderfully powerful) AoE, so those recharge IO's will not be wasted.

I would just like to throw in my experience.
I have dwarf mire slotted for ED cap damage and recharge, and with all my recharge bonuses, I use the power every six seconds. It stacks with itself.
Human Mire -> Dwarf Mire -> Smash stuff -> Dwarf Mire and I just put myself at the damage cap. I feel like a kin.

Okay, I was not present for the days of 30 Second Dwarf Mire, so I'm curious.
Did they decrease the recharge time for it when they decreased the duration? because, if so, using the Gold Standard Tri-Form Shade guide (thank you, Plasma) I would be able to put the 3 recharge red slots in that power to better use.
