Trouble
If you're going for soft capped, Aid Self might not be worth the power picks unless you want to go for the stupid stuff.
*Removing the Aid Self and picking Hasten / Super speed
*deslotting Boxing in favor of slotting the passives (for an extra point of defense and Defense debuff resistance)
*switching Thunderstrike for Ruin
*Avoiding the Zephyr +KB since it's expensive (though you do have some expensive stuff in there already, so money is clearly not a problem)
*and leaving everything else as is:

The reason I tried to throw in Aid Self was because my main is a Spines/SR who I recently respec'd out of Aid Self and Im not sure Im satisfied with it. I had it before, and though I didn't use it a lot, it seemed helpful. Maybe I just don't pay enough attention to how often Im actually using it.
Thanks for keeping the build similar, but I have no problem with shuffling and removing powers.
I didn't like either of the builds posted, so here's one that I drew up. Stats:
* Soft capped 45.9 melee / 45.9 ranged / 45.1 AoE
* Endurance efficient: .55 end/sec usage, 3.15 sec recovery
* Good natural regen: 319% (so you can forgo aid self)
* 96.3% global recharge
* No purples used, though honestly the build could be tweaked very easily to include them.
* Hasten as a periodic buff - only 1 slot, but I figure you'd rely on your natural base recharge most of the time and just save it for tougher fights. With a high global recharge, you honestly won't miss it.
You could easily fit in fighting if you cared to, slot the Steadfast Res/Def and have a lot more flexibility in your build; however, since the build was capped without it, I didn't go for fighting pool.

Hola. I am working on a build for an Elm/SR scrapper (I know, whats wrong with me, Im supposed to have /Shields).
Anyhow Im trying to get the softcap blah blah. Anyway, Ive sacrificed a travel power and hasten and Im really just not happy with the build.
I suppose I could go with Zephyrs instead of some of the sets I used, but Im still not sold. So I ask, any suggestions/improvements. Your help is appreciated.
