It looks like there aren't any rules against entering in multiple categories or servers. Is that the case?

You may only enter once per account or global name. This means that you will only be able to enter on one server and in one category. Please choose your best character and costume and sign up!
The reason we cannot accept multiple sign ups per account is because at the finals, you would not be able to be logged in on multiple characters at the same time.

Ok Folks, We Are Upping The Ante!!
New prizes have been graciously added by Paragon Studios! Each server winner (4 winners per server) will receive the costume code of his or her choice from the list above. Each winner who is crowned Mr. or Ms. Paragon City or Rogue Isles will win 2 costume codes and a Hero Con exclusive Fifth Anniversary City of Heroes T-shirt (in addition to the code from winning the server).
Final Prize Tally
Server Winners- Six month title of Mr. or Ms. Paragon City or Rogue Isles Pinnacle and one costume code of choice.
Final Winners- One year title of Mr. or Ms. Paragon City or Rogue Isles and three total costume codes of choice and the Hero Con exclusive Fifth Anniversary City of Heroes T-shirt.

Okay, I entered in my Brute, Lady Death Knight to represent female villains. I found it funny that I was the only one standing there for a while as 3 judges looked at my toon. I'm guessing there must have been someone else that was judged earlier... I hope.. otherwise 3 judges were just oogling my toon for 10 minutes imagining her naked or something
Yeah, I think I saw 2 or 3 female villains at some time or other. Male villains were scarce, as well, it seemed.

Xan and I would like to thank everyone who came out for our Mr/Mrs Contest.
Actually, we had a better turn out then we thought with all the walk ups then what people had signed up.
As for our winners, I will post the results as soon as I have them.

We would like to thank everyone that participated in the Mr. and Ms. Paragon City/Rogue Isles Costume Contest. We would like to congratulate the Pinnacle winners.
Mr. Paragon City Pinnacle: Bel Boy

Each winner will receive a Gold Title for 6 months and 1 costume code on their choosing. The finals will be held on the Test Server, Friday the 8th of January at 9 PM Eastern, 6 PM Pacific.
The Finals portion of Mr and Ms Paragon City/Rogue Isles has a series of Question and Answers to be completed. Either Madame Pistacio or Ice Knight will be in contact with each winner with their information for the Finalist website.
Specific Rules for the finals.
1. Finalists must be present to win. If a finalist is not then they will be disqualified.
2. Finalists must have their questions answered and all finalist information completed by the 3rd of January before 11:59 PM Pacific. If a Finalist does not have this completed, P.E.R.C. will award the Runner Up from that category the spot in the finals.
3. If a finalist notifies P.E.R.C. that they can not attend the Finals, P.E.R.C. will allow the Runner Up to enter the finals.
4. In the event we have to award the Runner Up a spot in the finals, they will be given 72 hours after the deadline to complete the finalist information. If they do not, then that server will not be represented in that category.
On a side note, grats to all the winners!
Personally, I would love to see Pinnacle claim Mr Paragon City again!

Wow, I actually won something? Coooool.
So, does that mean that the female villain judging is 11:15pm EST - 12:00 am EST? I was entering this contest thinking that was the time for it on test as well. However, if EVERYONE is getting judged the same time at 9pm EST I may have a problem there. Please advise on the time if it's everyone at once or not.

Each server will be represented by a Hero, Heroine, Villain, and Villainess, who will have a chance to become the City of Heroes Mr. and Ms. Paragon City and City of Villains Mr. and Ms. Rogue Isles!
