DM/SR was good in I13 when elusivity was at 30%. Now it's at 10% and people running Tactics and Aim/BU will act like your secondary's not even there.

Only if you have two people standing toe to toe and mashing buttons. In any other PvP scenario (aka, not fiteklub), you'll get torn apart.
