The only thing I can think of is /unloadgfx that helps sometimes.
Heroes : Angrem (50 Stone tank), Exo Inferis (50 Fire blaster), Exo Proteus (50 ill/emp), IceVengance (50 cold defender)
Villains : AtomBomb (50 Rad/Kin corruptor), Aleks (50 SS/Inv brute), StoneLethal (50 EM/Stone brute), Davroz (50 Bots/Dark mastermind)

I have noticed a bit more lag than usual over the past few days.
But I might have just been more paranoid than usual the past few days.

is 15 hours ahead of
Eastern Standard Time (North America)
which is 5 hours behind
Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
I've noticed it too. I've found /sync helps, but like everyone else is saying, it seems to be broken.

I've been having pretty bag lag issues as well so it isn't just you. Wondering if the other Servers are having Similar lag issues.
It's getting worse.
Massive lag hit San Antonio, Texas today. It's cold outside, no one wants to play. Everything has a thin gloss of ice on it. My dogs cried when I opened the door and gave me the "must I?" look - wimpy border collies. 
They take after me. 
And while I realize a dip in the 30's is just a spring day to you northerners.. I usually walk around in lil sundresses most of the year.
One of these days, I need to learn video-editing.. superimpose Hamidon on the Riverwalk eating tourists. Shoot everyone in slow-motion to emulate lag and pay a bunch of kids to act up.. running and screaming. Whee.
