Might try asking in the Screenshot and Fan creation forum as well. The artistic inclined and talented generally gather there.
A Wacom "Cintiq" tablet is what you're looking for. Wait until you see the prices though.

Well..there's Tablet PCs.
Of course, they're more expensive than normal laptops, usually have smaller screens, aren't as fast, and their screens get scratched easily, needing constant cleaning or replacement.
2 grand!? Hmmn... I guess if I start doing commissions seriously I can probably make that money back between internet clients and people who need graphics done outside of CoH...

I'm looking for something, but I'm not exactly sure WHAT I'm looking for.
I'm looking for a digital tablet with the screen actually built into it so I can work on screen as opposed to drawing on the tablet and watching the mouse on screen.
Get what I'm saying? Does this mean I need one of those tablet laptops, or is there a tablet they make that suits my needs?
