1> Participate in a successful Hamidon raid.
2> Complete a Statesman TF or Lord Recluse SF.
3> Buy them on the market.
Both 1 and 2 will give you an option of Merits or a Hamidon Origin enhncement. Picking the enhancement gets you a randomly selected one. The TF/SF give a Synthetic Hamidon Origin Enhancement, but they function identically; I think that you can even combine the two different types via the Enhancements screen, should you want to.
