Change Caleb spawn points

Caleb is already a rather difficult GM to encounter due to having a more specific way of spawning. It becomes more problematic when he spawns yet can not be found. I propose that his spawn point be changed to -397.6 102.8 238.2 on Thorn Isle. This is on the island itself at one of the mystic seals and thus much easier to find.

I nabbed my badge for killing Caleb when a dev spawned him in Aeon City during some event

Yeah. That was pretty much how I needed to get the badge for Caleb. Dev-ine Intervention. I fully support making him easier to reach.

I haven't had a chance to fight the Flyer yet but I have watched it. It seems to show up and follow a rather distinct path. Plus, it shows up pretty regularly. Caleb is surprisingly hard to find to be a giant monster, doesn't show up in regular intervals like Flyer/Scrapyard, and doesn't stay up after spawn like Deathsurge.

They both need to be fixed. The Flyer needs to hang around longer, or give a 10 minute warning prior to arrival, because it's too difficult to mobilize a team within the given timeframe. Caleb needs to be easier to find when he does spawn because there's nothing more frustrating than seeing the spawn message, and then not being able to find him.

The flyer's patterns are pretty distinct, however, unlike most other GMs it doesn't persist. It is very hard to get a team together and get there before the pattern is done and leaves. I have never gotten the badge, and every time I try we are actively attacking the thing when it finishes and flies into the sunset. Once at under 25% health.

Yep - the Flyer is pure frustration. Its hard to get ppl to even try anymore. Caleb, is annoying to find because he flies and has some stealth. Everytime time we have set out to spawn and fight him though, we have found him and done battle. Takes a while sometimes, but we have always found him. Oh, and once you engage, having a /cold corr helps for the -fly him.
