Slow Enhancements in PGT?

However according to both Mids and RedTomax it doesn't have movement slow just a recharge slow that is unaffected by enhancements. Therefore it seems pointless to slot slow enhancements in PGT. Since the PGT nerf, best slotting I've found is a 4 slotted 3x Recharge IO and 1 Lockdown Chance for Hold.
Do hold enhancements not buy what they used to?

Fridgerato - Traps/Ice (Frdm)
Gadgetron - Grav/TA (Lbrty)

I use 2 recharge IO and a Ghost Widow's Embrace: Chance of Damage (Psionic) and a Neuronic Shutdown: Chance of Damage (Psionic).
This seems to work well for me, ymmv.
