By default the UI doesn't show in your screenshots. You can however turn it on.
To rotate the camera, hold page up and move the mouse. To reset it, hold page down.

o..Im kind of dumb..Where is page up?Is it a button on the keyboard?
On a standard keyboard, it's generally located above the arrow keys, along with insert, delete, home, and end.

If you have a three-button mouse, holding the middle button and dragging the mouse will also rotate your camera.
Pressing PrintScreen does two things: First it tells City of Heroes to take a screen shot. By default, it will not have the UI. The file will be saved as a .jpg in the /screenshots folder located in your City of Heroes install directory. Second, it will tell Windows to dump EVERYTHING on the screen into the clipboard to be pasted into a image editor. Find the file for the clean screenshot.
If the saved file does have the UI on it, type /screenshotui 0 to turn it off.

yah i was holing it down but all i did was move in a circle
Holding down the middle mouse button also works to rotate the view.
edit- Just incase the page up key has been binded to another action.

Besides the methods mentioned above to see your frontside, you can also start Walk and then walk backwards. Your toon will actually turn around and face the camera.

If you don't want to use the 2 hand method above, then just press down on your scroll wheel and drag your mouse.
To reset your camera view, press Page Down.
Teams are the number one killer of soloists.
Holding page up down with the arrow keys works much teh same way as pageup & mouse.
I don't suffer from altitis, I enjoy every minute of it.
