Costume Help: Strong Guy

Hello everyone at the creative department. I am looking for an idea to solve my costume predicament. I need to make a costume that seems to suit a strong guy. I managed to make his first costume to personify this, but I am looking for something new. A cool costume that doesn't need armor, just tough. A cigar would help keep some consistency with the character.

Let's see, bulging muscles can be one thing, if that helps, go for some more muscular-ish pieces such as the tank top and bare chest with tattoos. also shredded clothes might be an option. However strong doesn't give us a whole lot to work with, that's like when talking about superman,

"he looks strong,"

"okay, is he buff, naturally superhuman muscles on a slim guy, supertrained, what?"

"just strong"

Sorry not trying to sound like a jerk but some more insight would be good.

Max height, Huge body type, muscles are toned back so he doesn't look ridiculous. Squadron goggles, cigar, tights with bands for gloves and boots, black with yellow stripe down the side, symbol 6 (?) for chest. The colors can be changed, but I would like the squadron goggles and cigar to stay.

For truly strong characters, I tend to go with plain streetclothes. To me that says they don't need any fancy threads because they're too tough to need armor... and too manly to think about designing an outfit.
