Can't enter mission

The mission server is having a hissy fit. One tactic that often works is to have ONE person enter the mission; the person with the most powerful computer and a good connection. They can say when they have fully loaded. If that works, everyone will be able to enter with no problems.
Apparently, on rare occasions, it has issues with someone trying to enter the mission while it's still loading. Normally this isn't a problem.

I am running a positron TF with a few other people and we have gotten to a mission where when ever any of us tries to get into the mission, it won't load or we are kicked from the game. Anyone know whats going on with this?
