I have mids 1.4 updated issue 13 and Stony's version of 1.4 with issue 16..
But neither of them are picking up any updates. 
Where can i get the new one ?

Because Mids' has ceased being hosted on honorableunited, version 1.4 cannot be upgraded to 1.6. You must download and install 1.6 from http://cohplanner.com

ok so I have 2 designers at the moment... but recently i have been unable to export or import builds... unless they are ones that I have made myself.
Am i using an old version now? there is an error saying no updates everytime I try to update either Mids original designer or the one that stony released with i16 support.
Can anyone tell me what is the most up to date one available and i will delete mine and redownload w/e one everyone else is using.
