ninja run with a widow broke

ninja run with a widow broken ----

just got new pack and logged on to my lvl 50 widow and no go
power slots to tray
but will not activate at all with or without other powers on ---

testing other toons of this type--

humm tested on lvl 19 widow without metal training it worked
tried SOA carb lvl 50 with MA all good
went back to the lvl 50 widow with the issue now its fine after an hr wait --humm temp bug


ohh well its coX and the weirdness it can do

Worked fine on my level 8 Widow without any problem. Weird huh?
