So now another question...maybe i missed it on that link. Is there a way to make the bind effective for all chat channels (ie. team, coalition, local, broadcast)?

I noticed awhile back that my keybinds for custom chat colors no longer worked correctly. I shrugged it off after a couple attempts to fix them to no avail.
Now I'm trying to create them again but I'm not having any luck.
Here's an example of what I've been doing:
/bind enter beginchat "<color #ff33cc><border #330066><bgcolor #00000011>"
This results in a clear background (black w/ max translucency), black border (wrong), and pink text saying "<color #ff33cc>".
Anyone know how to fix this?
