Recently it seems they made it so names are alphabetized. This means that you can't have a custom name for your special first tier minion (arsonist for example) unless that name falls properly in the alphabet.
I know this isn't a game-breaking thing, but for me at least, my minions names are part of my character.
The Ruthless Bloodthirsty Anarchist Kitten and her minions are Pug, Bernard, Dalmatian (the arsonist, now getting named Pug with this new "bug"), Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and Wolf.

Not experiencing this, actually. Weird, although I'm sure it must suck horribly when you've got a concept.

My experience is that they keep the right names when first summoned, but when zoning, the names get all mixed up. I haven't looked to see if it's alphabetising them.
