This happened to me once; near as I can recall, logging out fully and exiting reset whatever variable had run amok.
I'll log him back in after I finish a Silver MAntis run and check it out.

it happens sometimes. you can either log out or i believe zonning will work but you must quit your team first.
When I logged back in I was able to buy recipes again. But no Steadfast or Karma yet

If your exemped or SK'd in TF mode it doesn't allow you to buy things with tickets. Just leave team, wait 30 seconds and everything should be ok.

Yep. I play many toons. 2 Accounts worth and most are villains. A couple of Corruptors, a few Doms and many MMs. Also I have a Fire Armor Brute that needs them. I just happen to have him at the right level.
Plus the lvl 10 ones sell good

I have a lvl 10 character(Mutant EM/WP Brute). He can use his tickets for Salvage and for Training Enhancements. But every time I try to get a Bronze recipe roll for lvl 10-14 recipes it says my inventory is full. I have 8 empty recipe slots. (FYI I am trying to get a Steadfast or Karma lvl 10 recipe) I have done this before with a lvl 7+ and gotten them. Not sure when it was broken, because I don't remember the last time I did this.
FYI I have a lvl 50 that has no problems getting recipes.
