I just earned it the other day, so I can confirm that it still works. This was on an old toon, so there is no telling how many I have killed in the past, but I only spent about an hour or so picking them off in the open zones when I finally decided to badge-hunt with this toon and finish off this badge.

Even though the badge gives a Swift Steel gladiator, it is not earned by killing Swift Steels. You have to kill Ancestor Spirits to get it.

Is this badge broken, I have been farming them getting 10+ a day for over thirty days and yet I still don't have it. Also I've been in the game 5+ years. I'm starting to think this badge is broken.
