why wont the remember me button work on forum?

since the halloween (event) the forums wont remember me. have to log in everyday even though i dont log off. it used to not be this way before the (event). is anyone else having this problem or have a solution? i have sent a report to customer disservice havent recieved a response in 4 days

i have only had this problem 1 time. make sure that the box is checked before you log in. in other words, make sure that it actually has a check mark in it rather then assuming you clicked it. other then that i have no idea.

As has been stated in another thread about this, make sure you clear out any cookies pertaining to City Of Heroes boards and try again. This is an issue with cookies.
