Support won't accept contact information?

I started an account on the forums to deal with a huge problem I have in another thread. I received two emails from them about the case, responded to one. My first response to that was was

Your recent incident update was from an email address not associated
with the incident. In an effort to maintain the security of
information, we cannot update the incident using this email address.
If you are the incident owner and your email address has changed, or
you want to be able to update the incident using this email account,
please update your contact information using the following link, then
resubmit your update.


I followed the link and the primary email address was the one I signed up with. I updated it, then got the same message again. So they won't talk to me no matter what, it seems.

um. Star. it's Saturday Night / Sunday morning.

There won't be anybody in support to take a look at your message until Monday.

You are getting an automated response.

Yes, it's an automated response pointing to automated process to update my email address... which doesn't work!

I'm presuming that they're not going to send any information at all, live or automated, since my address "doesn't match up."
