Is Scirocco bugged at Recluse's Victory?

I was wondering whether he had gone for holiday or what, as 2 full teams tried to get all AVs badges blueside both Tuesday and Thursday in Defiant server and after resetting the map several times and spending about 6 hours in total, Sci didn't show up at all, neither alone or with Recluse/Scorpion or Mako/GW.

He is heavily cloaked/hidden. Perhaps you just didnt have enough +Perception to see him.

This is true, and it is possible for them to get Drones and/or hung up on other NPCs on the way to the Pillboxes, but I would assume that 2 full teams would have noticed him somewhere at some point in 6 hours... especially if all the others were seen at various times.

I think he should have been around somewhere anyway though. Very bad stroke of luck indeed.

Now I feel like running this and checking if he pops up for me. lol

I don't think it was bad luck, not after 15 times spawning AVs and not watching him at all. Some people petitioned, others like me sent bug report.
