I'm pretty sure these are the updated requirements for most, if not all of the Villain Accolades. (I say 'most, if not all' because I know for certain many of them were updated, but I do not have the opportunity at the moment to check them all)

i have always used wiki for info on accolades,but apparently in a recent issue have been told that the requirments have changed for certain accoldes on villains,could someone please provide a link if there are new changes.
