Activation Times
It's not a big deal.
Necromancery has extremely quick summons as well, so it's no big deal, although Mercs could use much faster call-in animations.
Keep in mind, there are two 'activations' here. The actual activation of the power, and the time it takes for the pet to fully summon and become targetable.
The MM Primary "Thugs" has way fast activation time then every other MM Primary. Was this intended? Do you think this should be fixed? Or changed in any way?
