If I were to speculate, Prae nem is probs Mr Muller rice from the BSF, the one giving Romy his Nictus powers is Shadow star before she turned good (perhaps Arkhn went back in time like Requiem and had a power struggle SS loosing) bare in mind SS arrived in Cleopatra's time iirc and I reckon Postman Pat is delivering the letters in Ouro and ITF cos he is the only famous Posty I know of so Perhaps Jess is the person behind the writing of the letters I digress and I am not sure I remember writing this
