Is the Test Server up?

I can't log into the game server either, and the server status page shows it down, tho its green in the server list once i log in the auth server. So its either down and just showing up in the list or its supposed to be up and isn't.
Same here. I was able to get on early this morning. But not now. Same behaviour as noted above.
It is 9:30 Central time here, and I am unable to get on Test.
I logged into my better half's computer and could not get on Test via his account either.
Sooooo... is it up and hubby and I have problems, or is it still down?
