paper do have them and atlas park mayhem mission but you need a low level toon for them

The story arc listed is excellent, even without the new difficulty sessions that mission was guaranteed a minimum number of skull bosses (also the clockwork that spawn the gears), with the new settings it should be much faster. Its a nice little mission set, the mission before provides embalmed cadavers.

Best is definitely Mercy - there are some in PO as well but nowhere near as many.
Bone Daddies only spawn in mishes though.
Mind of Gaia lvl 50 Defiant's first Mind/Storm 'troller.
Deadly Doc 50 Dark/Dark Corr
and lots more on Pinnacle,Union and Defiant

They're set at level 15 too, so they're easily farmable. The down side is that you have to wait till 30 to get Psymon as a contact.

I am trying to get the badge for killing skulls and I am a level 50 and I dont know where to find them, or any missions that have them. If anyone has tips on where to find these guys i'd apprecate it.
