Ive been playin for 5 years and talked me bro into gettin the game.. started on a trial and decided to upgrade it to full . ok so go into account and follow steps to upgrade account with retail serial.. nope wont have it with his visa debit card so i thought id give it a go on mine..

I've never run into this but I haven't setup a new account in the last 2 years. None of the booster packs, slots or renames I've bought have had this issue either. They're very willing to take my money.

It could be that you're trying to steal someone's credit card. If that's the case, stop doing that you bad boy.

Although I'm not sure why your brother's card won't work, there is a fraud prevention mechanism that limits one subscription per credit card - anything past that will make the "fraud suspicion" notice pop up.

In the meantime, you could always look into a game time card, which might be available at your local Best Buy or convenience store.

Does anyone know if PayPal can be used to purchase sub time? If so, that may also be an alternative, although PayPal may only be for purchasing in-game perks.

I've seen several threads popping up about problems with upgrading trials. I wonder if there's a problem NCsoft Store side. While the Mods have to control over this, I'd PM one of them so they can contact the appropriate department to look into this.

Sent a support ticket.. got the code sittin there waitin to be applied. ive got 2 accounts on my 1 debit card.. he has none on his.. so should work.. oh well ill wait for a email reply if not ill be ringin them.

Adding time changes the end date but doesn't seem to be updating the Paid or Veterans Time shown.
