Well, it depends on what server you play on and what type of pvp you want to get into. RV on freedom is almost always active. Arena has a decent population, but usually only during the evening hours. I hear almost all the other servers have either a low population of PvPers or is close to dead.

Don't bother coming to Virtue if you intend to PvP. All we have are some really bad Korean regeners that come in to get wrecked once in awhile.
Other than that RV is a great farm zone for villains and a great zone to be farmed if you're a hero.
Arena is dead unless you can grief some RPers into dueling you ICly or promise ERP in Arena. :O
