I have run in to that myself. If you are posting on the forum then I assume that you have an active account somewhere. So perhaps asking Customer Support would yield good results. When it happened to be one time I just gave up for a few hours and then when I went back to and tried to open the Update.exe program it went along as it's supposed to.
I'm not sure exactly what causes that but I hope you get the issue resolved.
