Location of the tailor

Hello, i am new here, and this probably seems like a noobish question, but where are the locations of the tailors?

Steel Canyon, Independence Port, and Founder's Falls. Also Pocket D. They are marked by a $ on the map, but so are lots of stores, so that doesn't help much.

Level 20 Tailor Contact: Steel Canyon
Level 30 Tailor Contact: Independence Port

Contact Tailors let you take missions for an additional costume slot at each specified level. The Neutral Zone tailors only allow you to change costume parts.

Thanks, i had a trial account and i want to use the free costume thing.

Note that if you later buy the full game and get the Science pack, you'll be able to change your default body type and height at certain Tailors (generally ones marked as Cosmetic Surgeons.

Also, being on a trial account you're level capped at 14, so you won't be able to unlock the additional costume slots... unless you get the Halloween salvage from the event currently going on and trade it in for a second slot (see Annah, a witch just south of the train station in Croatoa for heroes, or Granny Beldam, another witch on a small island in Nerva). Though by the sound of it, you might already know that.
