I know it may be the wrong place to post this but im desperated to get some help.

2 years ago I was testing the game with a trial account, it expired.
Now I came back , I created a new trial account just to see the new updates and to decide if it worth a normal account.
I then decided to buy the game via online ncsoft store. It redirect me to a web page then I purchased the game , and I log in my old account because I had a character I wanted to play with.
I choose the game to activate, entering my username again and it ask me the serial code.
What serial code?
I search the e-mail invoice of the game purchase and nothing is there. No code, only reads: You can find the related code of this purchase in the main ncsoft page.
I searched the whole page over and over, back and forth , feeling a bit dumb but is not there.
I would appreciate any help or suggestion on how to solve this isue.

Thanks for your time

If I remember correctly, when you purchase a code online, you need to go to your main NCSoft account (the master account) and apply the serial code to your account, and then you can play. You can get to your main account here. Hope that helps!

City of Heroes taught me that when the world is burning, you don't just stand by and watch, you grab a fire extinguisher and do whatever you can to stop it-even if it's not much at all. Sign the petition to keep City of Heroes alive HERE.

Not quite. I just ran through the system.

In order to make a purchase from the NCSoft Store, you have to be logged into an account.

So whichever account Pibe was logged in on is the account that the serial code was AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED TO.

So if he bought the game while logged in as his new TRIAL ACCOUNT, then his NEW TRIAL ACCOUNT already has the game applied. He would have never seen the serial code.

He would only have seen the serial code if he had purchased a retail box.

I suspect Pibe, that if you log in at: https://secure.ncsoft.com/cgi-bin/plaync_login.pl

With your new trial account, you'll find that under Accounts it will say something like:

City of Heroes® / City of Villains® (your login name) Standard

No, I purchased the game with my old account. I was carefull to be not logged in the game as well.
Also in my old account is the game purchased "non used serial code games: City of heroes purchased on blah blah".
I click on the game non code used , i pass to next window , it ask to create an new account or use the same I use for log (my old expired account) in the game. I click on use the same and then it come the windows asking me the serial code.

I got an email with a code when I purchased the super science booster pack, even thought I could apply it immediately to my account (yes, I have the email as proof).

Maybe the email got held in a spam filter somewhere.

Can't add much. After a few days, see if your credit card was actually charged.

Check out your old and new accounts and see if one of them has become fully active.

A full account can send tells, and can use the broadcast channel.

Also, it may take a bit to work through the system. Did you try again after a day or two? Try both accounts.
