Starting Free Trial - characters missing

Where did you create your characters? Maybe you did select a different server now. The character slots are server dependant.
Proud member of Blaze of the Immortals (Heroes) and leader of F.O.E (villains)
Heroes:
Plumber, Ice Desert Girl, Doc Goodheart, Banana Machoman, Pavattone, Penguin Shark, Sting like a Bee
Villains:
Bricklayer, Savage Dentist, Fruit Cocktail, H. Yashida, Shesinellek
Thought of that, tried logging into all servers, and no dice.
Ok strange thing. Logged in again (did a verify files), and went back to the server I've been using (Infinity) and both characters are back. thanks for giving suggestions. See you out there.

One other possibility. You have the potential of 36 slots per server, listed in 3 columns but only one is displayed. Sometimes the characters get shifted around and you have to go look for them (using the big left and right arrows at the bottom of the column to navigate).

I downloaded and installed CoH four days ago, and created a hero and villain. I've been alternating between the two, and last played as my hero last night. I just went to log in and both characters are gone. All slots are empty and I'm baffled. Any ideas?
