Ok strange thing. Logged in again (did a verify files), and went back to the server I've been using (Infinity) and both characters are back. thanks for giving suggestions. See you out there.

Thought of that, tried logging into all servers, and no dice.

lol, nope, I keep my user/pass combos unique and I don't "visit" unfriendly sites.
since I'm new to CoH, can a player logged in do a look-up on another player? If so, maybe someone can do a look-up on one of my two characters.

4 days ago, Oct. 21st. I've played every day since then. Last played my hero last night. I looked through all the slots, and even tried logging into all the servers, but all the slots are blank, as if I just started again. I'm not sure if there is any way to look up a character to see it's status, etc.

Tried/though of all of that and nothing.

I downloaded and installed CoH four days ago, and created a hero and villain. I've been alternating between the two, and last played as my hero last night. I just went to log in and both characters are gone. All slots are empty and I'm baffled. Any ideas?
