Corrupters > Defenders. With one exception. Storm/dark Defender is better then corrupters because of power BU, it boost dmg and the -tohit, and TF helps out alot with the dmg.

a storm/dark defender is blind because of the crappy APPs they gave defenders (as compared to corrs). that's gonna make you loose a fight against a competent opponent (ie, my fire/cold used to fight stormies with no perception by just hiding from them and spiking them when heat loss was up).
a dark/storm with a big recovery build can manage running scorpion shield and focused acc with little issue, so given an unlimited amount of money, the corr will outdo the defender.
(i run rad/storm with a recovery build and it's nearly impossible to run out of end on that thing, even when spamming every one of my powers, a dark/storm should be in the same boat.)

Why don't defenders have thermal?
And if they ever get it, would it be greater than or equal to the devestation of an elec/thermal corruptor?
