Critique My Solo Build
For a solo build, maximizing the damage output is very important, so I picked up voltaic sentinel and fully slotted electric fence. Electric fence isn't as good as charged bolts or lightning bolt, but it's pretty close, so it's a good filler for when the other two are down.

I appreciate the build advice. I also prefer Thunderstrike over Decimation on blasts, and the only reason I went with decimation was for the recharge. Thunderstrike is more affordable too. The only thing I see on your build that I would disagree with would be the short circuit slotting.
I do alot of timestream missions, so I would want at least 2 slots dedicated to getting the end drain over 50%, but other than that I like your build.

I prefer Thunderstrikes as well. I usually like to put as much +accuracy and Ranged Defense into my ranged characters as possible, and Thunderstrikes fit the bill perfectly for those purposes. Them being inexpensive to buy and craft is a nice perk too.
Thunderstrikes are like the cheap prostitute you pay because you can't afford anything better and you're lonely, but after talking with them all night you realize that you've finally found the person you connect with and you take them away to live a perfect life with you in the Andes Mountains.
