You might also want to try out Justice, since it has a decent-sized Australian and Kiwi population on it, so they might be up at those hours.

You actually already play on the servers with the best population at those hours.
Freedom just has a high population in general, and Justice is the Unofficial Australian Server. There are a lot of people that play in the middle of the night there.

Thanks for the info. Guess I haven't been looking in the right places on Justice yet, since most of my characters there are pretty low level right now. Good to know I'm in the right place, though. I have only villains on Freedom and mostly heroes on Justice, and Freedom seems a lot emptier than I remember it - I've just come back to the game after a 6 month absence.
Apparently, from what I can gather on the forums, Freedom did seem to lose some population come I16. However, the rest of the servers seem to be more active than they were before I16. Why this is, I'm really not sure, but I have my guesses.
Still, I would check out the Justice forum, towards the bottom of the list, and check for global channels that include a lot of people from Australia/New Zealand.
