Windows 7 Dual Monitor Black Flash /w Application Switch

I was running into this alot myself when I was running vista and two screens,
What I did was set the game to windowed mode and all was fixed.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

thats what I did. i dont LIKE being in windowed mode but there doesnt seem to be another option.
OS: Windows 7 Pro 64bit
Video Card: NVidia 8800GT 191.07
I currently run two monitors a 24" and a 19".
I run COH on the 24" and extra Apps on the 19".
When I switch from the 24" to the 19" I get a black flash.
When I switch from the 19" back to the 24" I get a black flash again.
From what I can tell it is Windows turning Aero on when I switch to the 19" and off when I switch to the 24". I would prefer if I didn't have to turn off Aero to prevent this.
I have also followed the sticky guide for NVidia performance to a T!
Has any one else run into this problem and found a solution?
I spent about 30 minutes searching and reading the forum, but I must not be putting in the key words needed to find a solution.
