Ice or Earth with Trick Arrow or Thermal

Making a new controller for pvp, and I've never done ice, earth or trick arrow, thermal.

For zone pvp and maybe some 1 on 1 duels, what do you guys think would be a better combo?

I know ice has the -recharge and Arctic Air, and earth has tons of -def. Thermal with its end drainage, and trick arrow with ok debuffs and Glue Arrow.

I'm having a hard time deciding, since they all seem like they would do decently.

Thanks.

go trick arrow you can keep stalkers outta hide for a good long while with acid arrow and you can ground people indeffinatly. Trick arrow is just a great disruption set period

So Trick Arrow? I've been reading today how regens hate HE from Thermal. Then again ill be in RV alot, so only thing ill see there is maybe some /wp and some regen (stalkers).

Still trying to decide though, ice and earth still look kinda even, but maybe someone can chime in on what they hate to go up against controller-wise in pvp?

Thanks again for the feedback.
