That is basically the worst scrapper in the game for PvP. Make absolutely anything else.
It really isn't the best to try to pvp with, unless you have a lot of time, inf, and experience with a little bit of patients. There's a few decent claw scrappers in siren's on freedom... but you won't find much.
If you are adamant on making one, go regen. Can't go wrong with regen.

best scrapper i've ever seen was claws.
He had 4-5 procs in every attack and just ripped apart everything.
Big end problem, but conserve power, PP and a few other things solved that for the most part.
Claws/ele or Claw/regen...something that could deal with the massive end drain of super fast attacks without end reductions in them.

PvP Redux is discontinued, for obvious reasons. Thanks to everyone who helped and joined.
I am kind of interested in claws and would like to know of a good general build for a claw scrapper. So any advice would be awesome.
