It looks ok but 2 things I saw was

Quote:
02: Ablating Strike => Accuracy(2), Damage(5), Damage(9), Debuff_Defense(33), Debuff_Defense(39), Recharge(46)
16: Rise to the Challenge => EnduranceDiscount(16), Heal(17), Heal(17), Heal(34), Debuff_ToHit(40), Debuff_ToHit(46)
The Debuff Defense doesn't do much so don't slot for it. Slot it like you would your other attacks.

With RttC the Debuff tohit again doesn't do much too...so I don't like to slot for that either.

In addition to what has been said, you should consider dropping the rez and taking SOW and 3 slotting it with Res. You will get a lot more out of SOW. Its crash isn't hard and it has a decent recharge. Not to mention the fact that it works as a breakfree.

Besides what's already mentioned...

Combat Jumping - Swap the Jump IO for a Defence Buff IO

Super Jump - Are three Jump IO's essential? In my opinion, I'd stick with one and use the two removed slots for something else

For Blinding Feint...What?! Don't do this again! I'd definately recommend taking this power! It provides a 37.5% Damage and 10% ToHit buff for a 10 second period, twice as much when double stacked, also. To gain it's full benefit, you can use it as an opener for combos or include it in attack chains.

Resurgence - Remove one of the slots.

The build looks good overall, though. Despite having Stamina and Quick Recovery, I still suggest slotting an Endurance Reduction IO for your attacks. Hasten's and Strength of Will's (assuming you take it from Rieze's advice) both contain an endurance crash. They're both rather small, but can still be nasty, especially when combined with attacks unslotted for Endurance Reduction.

Pretty much agree with this. I'd move the end redx from weave/tough to your more expensive attacks. You lose far more endurance from using powers than from toggles.

Also, I know you want to use level 50 IOs but why? If you're going to bother to craft IOs, get them at level 30 or 35 and call it good. Level 50s are expensive compared to the value they give you. In fact, you'd be *much* better off just frankenslotting with level 27 - 34s (buying set pieces from less desired sets for their enhancement value) than going with straight generics.

Your attacks as current slotted:

Level 50 Acc / Leve 50 x 3 Dmg / Level 50 Rech =
42% Acc, 99% Dmg, 42% Rech

Frankenslotting with 5 slots

Level 25 Acc/Dmg Bone Snap / Level 35 Acc/Dmg Focused Smite / Level 35 Acc/Dmg/Rech Focused Smite / Level 35 Dmg/End/Rech Smashing Haymaker / Level 35 Dmg/End Smashing Haymaker =
61% Acc, 95% Dmg, 41% End Rdx, 37% Rech

You could change some of them out to get more recharge if desired but you'd have end redx and better accuracy. Further, they'd be a fraction of the cost of a level 50 generic. These are recipes that you can buy up at for as little as 2k-10k inf.

I have to second fury flechette's suggestion - it's a lot cheaper to frankenslot attacks with set IO's than most people think as most of the main attack types have SO many sets that you will always find something cheap. The exception to this is Targetted AOE which only have 3 sets, one of which is rare (positron's blast) but few melee characters have powers that use these.

Also - with the slotting you proposed you are going to burn through end like crazy, even with stamina and QR. Having both is nice to balance your toggles and speed up general end recovery but real end use is in attacks and with no end reduction slotting you WILL notice it. The slotting FF suggested will buy you a lot in end use.
