If you aren't then log onto your account as http://www.plaync.com, go to your Account profile and update your Contact Information. The Newletter opt in/out is there.

I'll get everything else from NCSoft, responses for /bug, /petitions, account updates. But never a newsletter, I've even opted out and back in. nada.

May be worth talking to customer support about. Its possible the opt in/out function isn't functioning properly or there is some setting preventing people from receiving it. Could be a issue with a email host blocking it. I'm personally on Gmail and always get them myself.|

But if you've checked the spam filter and made sure you were allowing email from that address and you're opted in I'd contact support.
Over the past several years, I've used a variety of mail services and clients, and I've always gotten them. Doesn't help those with the mysterious vanishing e-mails, though.

Yes i also have made sure nothing is blocking their ability to get to me and i still get emails from petetions i send in and i also do not get anything from them in the form of a newsletter or anything.
