Need Help w/Farming Build

Trying my hand more so on the red side and have a lv50 SS/Fire that I would like to try farming with using the new difficulty system. I'm no Mids guru and could use some help with power selection, power placement/slotting etc.

You have several PvP IOs and purple sets but no LotG +rech, and you don't even have 5 sets that give you +5% recharge.

It's extremely expensive because of all the purples, you could easily make a non-purple version that will have some 20-30% less global recharge.
