Interesting Image bug..

We had this issue on Dr. Kahn TF yesterday, thought it was strange as well, half the team was in FF and the rest in the mish and no name, but never a different zone like CoV Nerva, very strange.

We had the same issue last night on an ITF. It was amusing when it was showing the Blaster on the team as being in Cap. The novelty wore off quickly.

We have just done a Numina TF, was difficult being unable to see what zone everyone was in when we split up for the hunts. Not impossible just a pain. Everyone was listed as Perez for the first few hunts and then it was just the wrong zones compared to where they really were.
Also each time we zoned all the player names disappeared and left empty spaces where they should be.
This is a new thing for me since yesterdays patch.
During a Citadel Task Force last night, one of the players was DC'd. When they logged back in, it said that his character, Panoptikon, had joined the team. However, the Team Window listed him as having the same name as the last person in the list, Electrica the Kin.
I took a screenshot, and then forgot about it until I saw this thread. 
I've cut out the important parts, where it shows he rejoined as Panoptikon, but showed up in the list as Electrica:
Once he zoned back into the mission, his name changed back to Panoptikon.

Just noticed after todays patch sometimes my team mates name won't show up when they're in a different zone. Example:http://img119.imageshack.us/i/screen...14212531m.jpg/
Anyone else having this issue?
Also: this image: http://img115.imageshack.us/img115/1...014221151h.jpg shows the blaster, who I know is in PI, as being in Nerva
Sorry if someone has already made mention of this before..
