If anyone has an IO Build that they use for their Ice/Cold and wouldn't mind sharing, I would be eternally grateful.

Softcapped ranged defense is a powerful thing. Having 45% increases your survivability 10 fold. Here's my fire/cold build you can adapt to meet your needs.
No worry about end issues with heat loss and the optional power sink.

EDIT: And give mids planning a try. It's not that hard. Keep advanced totals and set bonusses open while you build. It's daunting at first but once you get over the learning curve it's smooth sailing.
Here is my propsed ice/cold build. I have a fire Cold corr build as well but it looks nothing like the one listed above. He is not softcapped but does NOT die unless i get greedy wqith the aggro. Hope it helps,

Honestly, I just suck at putting IO builds together and need some help. I typically run in a duo with an Elec/Elec Brute so I like to keep Ice Shield and Frostworks in my build.
I focus towards the AoE attacks which is why I have Frost Breath but I'm not permanent attached to it if somebody has a better recommendation. Below is a rough template as to what I want in the build and if somebody could finish it off with IO's I would be eternally greatfull.
Looking for Survivability, Recharge, Endurance, Damage (in that order).
