When you applied the retail code, they'll have sent you an email ("NCsoft Serial Code Applied") containing said code, and I quote, "for future reference as the serial code may be required to obtain customer service." Might want to poke around your inbox, saved mail folders, trash can, etc. and see if you can't turn it up.

Maybe if you called them you might get help, you might have to jump through different hoops on the phone vs email/help desk. HOWEVER...they are only open Monday through Friday, 12 PM to 5 PM, Central Time Zone. Keep in mind, also, that Monday is Columbus Day and they may not be open.

to recover my password for my NCsoft master account. I changed it for some reason and forgot the password i changed it to. And of course I dont remember my secret answers. NCsoft refuses to help unless I have the serial code i used to make my account retail from a inactive trial. I dont even know if my account is still active. I havent been able to login to my master account.
Any ideas?
