Social Group Avatar is a "?"

I've noticed that all the avatars in our social group are showing a big ? . Does anyone know how to get the avatar to cross over or is there some where that you can add in your avatar for the social groups to? Or is that feature broken or missing?

Avatars in social groups show up as a "?" image if the person has no avatar, and is just absent if you do have one. There is no fix.
