Toon transfer problem

Is some wrong to the CoX I can't transfer any toons of to another server and I do got $30 to do few transfers, please help me

Nacht Nova Thunder = Level 50 (Liberty) Dark Blaster/Storm Summoning - Defender
Nova Ninja = Level 50 (Liberty) spines/ Regeneration - Scrapper
CanadianMan = Level 50 (Liberty) Super Strength/Invulnerability - Tanker
LibertyBoy = Level 35 (Liberty) Stone Armor
/Fiery Melee - Tanker

Last I heard the online store was offline.
It's been about a week now though so that might not be the problem.
I recall a few posters saying the lost purchased slots when it went down too.

The store's been back up for about a week now.

As for the transfers, I think there's a warning that it can take awhile. I think that when you do one, it pops up a window saying that. I've never done one, other than on Test, so I don't know, personally. I guess it depends on the servers involved.
