Issue with mac client and the mac program, f.lux
So ... put a sticky note on the monitor to disable f.lux before launching CoH?
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
Black Pebble is my new hero.
The f.lux product likely won't work with CoH since Cider uses its own built-in colorsync profile.

When running the most recent mac client for COH I noticed the gamma setting of the game would automatically set itself to the lowest setting which rendered the game unplayable. I could reset it by adjusting the gamma setting in the video settings, but it would eventually become unplayable again.
I am running the software, f.lux (http://www.stereopsis.com/flux/), which adjusts the lighting of the lighting of the monitor to match the light of the room you're in at any given time. When I disabled f.lux COH would no longer mess up its gamma settings. It's not a major issue... but it is kind of annoying to remember to disable f.lux when I want to play COH -- this issue does not happen in any other MMO I play on my mac (WoW, for example).
Thank you!
